Lifetime Roofing & Renovation was founded in Sunnyvale in 2010 by Daniel Keshishyan, with a simple frustration behind it: too many homeowners were being handed rushed work, disappearing warranties, and crews that were never seen again. Daniel set out to build the opposite — a roofing company that treats every home like it belongs to the family, because for the Keshishyans, the company name is the family name.
That standard has never moved. Every roof we install is held to the same benchmark whether it's a single leak repair in Campbell or a full tile replacement in Los Gatos: the right underlayment, the right flashing, the right nailing pattern, and a jobsite left cleaner than we found it — right down to a magnetic nail sweep before we leave your driveway.
Sixteen years and more than a thousand roofs later, we've grown from a two-person operation into one of Silicon Valley's most credentialed roofing teams. What hasn't changed is who answers when you call: a local, family-run company that still measures success one satisfied homeowner at a time.
