In October 2025 a customer whose existing solar panels were removed and reinstalled during a partial roof replacement reported lower solar output afterward and was unhappy with how the follow-up was handled. The roof work itself was not the complaint — the review opens by saying the roof was done well. It is still visible on Google with our public reply, and we'd rather you read it than not. If you have solar on your roof, ask us — before you sign — to spell out the panel detach-and-reset in the scope and who re-commissions the system afterward.
